Since 2015, Amanda has been the welcoming voice of our firm. As our primary Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, she is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every call is handled with care and professionalism. Amanda manages the vital administrative backbone of our practice, including all medical record retrieval, document scanning, filing, and daily correspondence.
A lifelong resident of South Philadelphia, Amanda brings a deep sense of community to the office. While she is a dedicated professional, her favorite role is being a mother to her two children, Skye and Henry. If you visit her desk, you’ll find it decorated with photos of her family, and if you have a moment, she is always happy to share pictures of her children’s latest elaborate Halloween costumes. When she isn’t managing the front desk, she is likely fueled by Wawa coffee and cheering on her favorite Phillies player, Nick Castellanos.
